Tina has particular expertise in insolvency related and commercial litigation with a special interest in digital assets and tech disputes. Tina's practice encompasses the full range of Cayman and BVI disputes and she has appeared before all levels of the Cayman Courts as well as the BVI Commercial Court.

Prior to joining Ogier, Tina previously worked at a leading Dubai International Finance Centre law firm, where she was involved in a landmark cryptocurrency case.
