Thilo holds a Master in Business Management and a Ph.D. in cross-cultural Marketing Strategies from the University of Lausanne (Switzerland).

Since more than 20 years he occupies multiple senior leadership positions with various responsibilities in the international consulting and talent development industry.

In 2012 he founded “MyLearningBoutique” (MLB), a Swiss-based consultancy focusing on organizational change, business transformation and talent development in an international environment.

Focusing on the behavioral part of the business, his main activities are assisting clients in their strategy execution, re/upskilling their teams and organizations and guiding them through their change implementation and transformation processes.

His customers come from various industries, such as DSV-Panalpina (logistics), Lombard Odier (finance), Medela (healthcare), Nespresso (FMCG), Piaget (luxury) and Wago (B2B equipment).

Acting as the “Chief Inspiration Officer” of the company, he typically initiates with his international clients’ and consultant colleagues new ways of thinking (and acting) and establishes different leadership practices that foster better business results.

Dr. Thilo loves to share his own knowledge and experiences. He is a frequent speaker and panel moderator/participant at international conferences or at business meetings.

Since 2009 he is an Associated Marketing Professor for master students at the prestigious Swiss Universities UNIL/HEC and EPFL (since 2014).

He is living in Lausanne, Switzerland, and he works & delivers in English, French and German.
