Alex Yulfo leads the Affordable Production Team at Wells Fargo in the Multifamily Capital Group, an industry leading lender in the affordable housing space. In that role, he leads the originations team, interfaces with clients, and implements strategy across the affordable platform. Alex brings more than 15 years of commercial real estate experience and more than 10 years in affordable housing, having worked on both the lender and development side. Prior to his current role, Alex served as a Senior Project Manager with BFC Partners and Camber Property Group. In that capacity, he helped close on projects with development costs that exceeded $500M. Before this, Alex served as a Senior Analyst in the Wells Fargo Multifamily Group, where he was responsible for screening, structuring and pricing affordable housing transactions. Alex began his career at RedHill Realty in San Diego, CA working as analyst underwriting multifamily projects in markets across the country. Alex currently serves on the Board of LiveOn NY, a New York-based non-profit that advocates for seniors through services and policy.
