Lisa McCarroll became Navigate’s Chief Executive Officer in October 2018. She served as our Director of Contract Administration since 2003. In this capacity, she has managed the contract tasks for our ACC contracts for Alabama, Mississippi, Virginia and Connecticut. She has also managed our Quality Assurance department and our Housing Quality Inspections™ quality control review.

McCarroll earned her Bachelor of Arts from Birmingham-Southern College and her Masters of Public Administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She is a member of the National Contract Management Association and the Association for Talent Development.
