Malcolm Johnson is the Founder and CEO of Langdon Park Capital, a real estate investment management company focused on profitable, sustainable investment opportunities in diverse, urban communities across North America. Under his leadership, Langdon Park Capital has built a $145 million portfolio concentrated in California and Maryland, focusing on properties in underinvested submarkets with predominantly Black, Latino and Asian American populations.

Prior to founding Langdon Park Capital, Johnson was an Executive Director at JPMorgan and previously a Vice President at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Before his finance career, Johnson played professional football in the National Football League from 1999 to 2003.
Johnson serves on the Advisory Board for the Fitzgerald Institute for Real Estate at Notre Dame, the Sustaining Board for UCLA's Ziman Center for Real Estate, the Board of Trustees for the Marlborough School and the Corporate Advisory Board for The Brotherhood Crusade. He received his MBA from Carnegie Mellon University and his BBA from the University of Notre Dame.
