Ryan worked for 13 years on Wall Street (Credit Suisse, BNP and Societe Generale). As one of the youngest Managing Directors at his firm, he led derivative sales teams and generated over $210 MM in gross margin by providing commodity price risk management solutions to senior oil & gas executives. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Georgetown University and with honors from New York University’s MBA Program.

Ryan is the President and Founder of Life Changing Capital, a Houston, TX Commercial Real Estate Private Equity Firm and is a General Partner in 777 units and a Limited Partner in 3,102 units.

We take an institutional, transparent and hands-on approach to multifamily with a focus on the Texas Triangle. We provide passive income to our investors by buying underperforming multifamily apartments, partnering with good people, impacting the communities we invest in and leaving a legacy for the next generation.

Ryan is married, has 2 amazing kids (10 and 12) and has lived in Houston, TX since 2009.

He loves playing basketball, guitar and drums, eating food, meeting new people and speaking French. He was voted best listener in his graduating high school class.
