Ryan Christopher Nunes is a multifamily affordable broker and principal in conventional multifamily. As a Managing Partner at Life Changing Capital, Ryan engages in the acquisition, asset management, and disposition of conventional properties within the Texas Triangle. His hands-on involvement provides a profound understanding of multifamily operations, enabling him to offer invaluable insights to affordable housing clients on optimizing asset values during disposition.

With deep expertise in multifamily transactions, he serves as a General Partner in 777 conventional multifamily units across the Texas Triangle and Georgia, and as a Limited Partner in 3,102 units spanning five states.

Before transitioning to commercial real estate, Ryan had a distinguished career in commodity derivatives, serving as a Managing Director at Credit Suisse and BNP Paribas. There, he led global sales teams, generating over $200 million in revenue and earning recognition as the #1 commodity salesperson worldwide.

Ryan holds a degree from Georgetown University and an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business. Based in Houston since 2009, he is an Eagle Scout, a dedicated basketball player, and a musician who coaches a high school rock band. He enjoys playing guitar and drums, meeting new people, and speaking French. A devoted husband and father, he and his wife are raising two children, ages 13 and 15. In high school, he was voted “Best Listener,” a skill he continues to apply in both business and personal life.
