Her background includes Co-founder & Chief Strategy Officer for ASA where she provides market intelligence, strategic guidance, operational expertise and fosters relationship with bank and technology leaders. Prior to ASA, Lisa was a leader at the American Bankers Association, focusing on helping banks and technology providers develop strategies around innovation and technology implementation. She led the Core Platforms Committee, the industry’s first banker committee focused on working with core providers and banks to expand banks’ ability to innovate, evaluate and implement technology partnerships. She gained her banking experience with U.S. Bank where she held a variety of roles including managing retail operations for a high transaction volume-based market. Lisa is passionate about working with fintechs and financial institutions to bring account holders technology that enhances their customer experience. She is a frequent speaker on fintech/bank collaboration, providing expertise on how financial institutions and fintechs can successfully work together.
