Marcia Tal is a senior executive and a practicing global data and analytics pioneer. A recognized leader in global consumer banking and more recently, the fintech industry, Marcia is in the unique position of having been a corporate executive, a consultant to enterprises, and a founder of a fintech platform.

During her 25 years at Citigroup, Marcia served as Citigroup Executive Vice President, and envisioned, created, built, and led the Global Decision Management function embedded in 30+ markets, introducing advanced analytical tools and strong governance process into business decisions. Its charter was to seek significant industry breakthroughs for future franchise growth, across retail and wholesale banking products. Marcia generated greater than $1 Billion annual EBIT through the global implementation of Decision Management disciplines.

Today, Marcia serves as the CEO and Founder of Tal SolutionsⓇ, a certified Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE), working with global institutions to discover new strategies and employ the data and analytics systems, policies, and techniques required for profitable growth.
