Filip has 25 years of financial risk management experience including 15 years in the U.K in various roles within banking, consultancy and civil service. Filip is GARP FRM and ERP certified, aspiring for the SCR certification in 2021/22.

Outside of work, Filip is a keen Spanish guitar playing and participate in local Epping Forest Guitar Group. Filip also enjoys jogging in the forest and swimming.
