Margarita Rubio is an Associate Professor at the University of Nottingham. Previously, she held a full-time position at the Bank of Spain. She obtained a PhD in Economics from Boston College (US) and an MSc with Distinction from UCL. Her topics of interest include monetary and macroprudential policies, and its effects on the real economy.
