Darya Nasr is a global technology executive with three decades of experience spanning Fortune 100 leaders and venture-backed startups. She has held impact roles at NASA and IBM and helped build, scale, and position multiple startups for capital investment and acquisition through rigorous market development and strategic positioning.

Darya has led high-stakes engagements with American Express, Intel, Boeing, Symantec, and Comcast, and more recently has focused on Big Data ventures—building and managing companies that generate, analyze, and operationalize information at scale. She serves as VP, Strategic Initiatives & Government Affairs at Ookla, where she forges public–private partnerships, that help advances spectrum and connectivity policies, and accelerates digital infrastructure programs. Her work with Ekahau and Ookla bridges radio-frequency design and performance analytics—translating wireless insights into enterprise reliability, national coverage improvements, and investment-ready growth strategies across the continent.

Darya brings extensive on-the-ground experience in Europe, the Middle East, South Asia, and Africa. She is fluent in English, French, Italian, and Persian. Trained as a software developer, she combines technical depth with board-level strategy to deliver measurable outcomes in complex, regulated markets.
