Jacob works for the Southern Africa Telecommunications Association (SATA) as the Executive Secretary and Chief Executive Officer and has vast experience working in the Telecommunications and ICT Industry. Jacob has interest in evidence based research activities especially on emerging technologies like AI and using data to bridge societal challenges.
