Aaron Kelley is an experienced biotechnology executive, leader and strategist, with a comprehensive understanding of what it takes to bring a new biotech product from the bench to the market. He spent the first ten years of his career developing and scaling microbial products, the last three of those at a production plant in Iowa for DuPont. The next ten years were more commercially focused leading several regional business units including living abroad in China. The third decade of Aaron’s career have seen him use all of the skills acquired to lead NewLeaf Symbiotics to become one of the leading agricultural biological and biocontrol companies in the space.
