Shujian Zhang, Ph.D., MBA, is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Nexus BioStrategy, with more than 20 years of experience in scientific and leadership roles across academia, government, startups, and industry, focusing on biological crop protection and emerging technologies such as RNA, peptides, and microbials.

Shujian advises companies, investors, and research organizations on technology assessment, product strategy, partnerships, and commercialization. He holds leadership and advisory roles across professional and agricultural innovation organizations, including the American Phytopathological Society, and is an active speaker and mentor.
