HOW CAN I UPDATE MY DETAILS?
Please contact EBDcustomerservice@ebdgroup.com along with your full name, company name, and the details of the amendment.
CAN I PAY BY INVOICE?
Unfortunately, the invoice option is no longer available as a payment method on our website. Credit card payment is required at check out for all our 2023 events to complete your registration. Once you make the payment, you will receive a paid invoice/payment receipt within 2 working days. And you will also receive access to our partnering system within 24 hours from registration and payment completion.
CAN I CANCEL MY PARTICIPATION AND RECEIVE A REFUND?
As per our flexible registration policy, you are welcome to substitute your all access pass for a digital experience pass. This means that we can downgrade your registration to digital pass only and issue a refund for the difference as long as this is requested 14 days or more before the start of the event. Alternatively, you are welcome to send a replacement from your company to take over the All-Access pass. But please note that payment is due as outlined above even in the case of non-attendance at the event and therefore we will not be able to grant a full refund.
