Dr. Brooke Luck is an Interdisciplinary Scientist at ASPR’s BARDA, who oversees the BioMaP-Consortium. The BioMaP-Consortium is a partnering mechanism that leverages BARDA’s OT Authority to fund biopharmaceutical manufacturing and MCM capacity expansion. She holds advanced degrees in Biochemistry and Biotechnology, and a Ph.D. in Global Health. Dr. Luck has 15 years working for the U.S. Government leading programs across CBRN threat detection and surveillance and the MCM development space. Prior to BARDA, she worked for the United States Navy and in the private sector as an analytical chemist.
