Joseph Shultz is the VP of Technical Development and Manufacturing at Ottimo Pharma. His nearly 35 years in the industry span Development, Manufacturing, Quality and technology development. He has held influential positions at Amgen, Novartis Pharma, the Battelle Memorial Institute, Evelo Biosciences, and Resilience. He led the development of “end-to-end integrated continuous bioprocess” technology, culminating in the construction of industry first, commercial Next Generation continuous-process Biomanufacturing plants at both Amgen and Novartis.
