As Director of Pivotal Process Development at Amgen, Olga advances late-stage and LCM drug substance manufacturing processes across a diverse biologics portfolio. She leads a multi-site team driving technical excellence and innovation in upstream and downstream process development to enable program delivery. Before joining Amgen, Olga spent more than a decade at Takeda Pharmaceuticals, leading drug substance development programs from preclinical stages through commercialization. She holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from UC Berkeley and a PhD in Chemical Engineering from UT Austin. Olga is passionate about integrating science, strategy, and people leadership to accelerate delivery of medicines to patients.
