Ruta is a biopharmaceutical executive with more than 20 years of experience leading global scientific, commercial, and operational organizations. She earned her Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Iowa State University and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the National Institutes of Health before moving into industry leadership roles and Danaher and Merck KGaA, where she built and scaled businesses and led large global scientific teams. Ruta is passionate about developing talent, building inclusive teams, and helping people grow into the next stage of their careers.
