Ryan O’Quinn, PhD, partner in Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett & Dunner, LLP’s Reston office, maintains a versatile practice focusing on U.S. district court patent litigation, post-grant proceedings at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), patent prosecution, and portfolio management and counseling.
