Rama Bhupal Reddy Kandula is highly experienced Bioprocess Development and Technology Transfer leader with over 16 years of expertise in developing cost‑effective mammalian cell culture processes, process characterization, scale‑up, and global technology transfers. Proven proficiency in ATF‑based concentrated fed‑batch and continuous perfusion processes aimed at significant COGS reduction.

Extensive hands-on experience managing a wide portfolio of novel biologics and biosimilars, including mAbs, BsAbs, and fusion proteins, covering end‑to‑end cell culture development, process characterization (PC), and successful technology transfers across global sites. Demonstrated success in scaling up multiple molecules from lab scale to commercial manufacturing.

Strong technical expertise working with CHO (DHFR & GS), HEK293, NS0, and SP2/0 cell lines for upstream process development.
