Profile
Rachel Erwin holds a BS in Chemical Engineering and a Master of Applied Statistics from The Pennsylvania State University. In 2015, she joined Regeneron’s Preclinical Manufacturing and Process Development (PMPD) downstream group where she characterized and scaled up filtration and chromatographic unit operations for the purification of biologics in early and late stages of development. Currently she specializes in Quality by Design (QbD) and statistics, focusing on topics such as design of experiments (DOE), risk assessments, and the automation of statistical analyses.
