Josh is a Senior Scientist with a specialty in downstream operations at Merck on their Discovery Interface & Platform Technologies (DIPT) team under the Vaccines & Advanced Biotechnologies Process Research & Development (VAX-PR&D) group , with one of his focuses on viral clearance strategy development. Josh recently joined Merck in 2024 following graduate studies concentrated on virus removal filtration at Penn State under Dr. Andrew Zydney / in collaboration with MilliporeSigma.
