As the Founder and Principal Consultant at Blazing Haven Ventures LLC, she brings over two decades of executive experience empowering healthcare, life sciences, and technology enterprises to scale securely, navigate complex global risk, and champion high-integrity corporate culture.

As an engineer empowered by her neurodivergent systems thinking, Verónica approaches corporate governance as an engine for enterprise growth. She specializes in guiding boardrooms and C-suites through high-stakes regulatory landscapes, aligning complex international compliance mandates with core business strategy to drive long-term resilience and innovation.

Verónica holds a Master of Science in Jurisprudence (MSJ) in Pharmaceutical Law and Medical Device Compliance from Seton Hall Law, a Master of Science in Engineering Management (MSEM) from Tufts University, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Plastics Engineering from UMass Lowell. She is also a Certified International Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP-I) and a Certified Lead Auditor (CQA) for the BRCGS Standard.
