Mr. Herzich has served as the Chief Technology Officer of Solid Biosciences, a gene therapy company, since December 2022. Before joining Solid Biosciences, he was the Chief Technology Officer for AavantiBio. and served as Vice President, CMC and Head of Manufacturing Operations at BridgeBio Pharma, Inc,

Mr. Herzich has also held the role of Senior Director of Manufacturing at LogicBio Therapeutics, Inc. and Senior Manager and Director of cGMP Gene Therapy Manufacturing at Bamboo Therapeutics (acquired by Pfizer). Finally, he served as the Head of TD Manufacturing and other various roles at CSL Seqirus (acquired by Novartis Vaccines and Diagnostics, Inc.).

He holds a Master of Business Administration from North Carolina State University Poole College of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Rutgers University.
