Esther Sarpong is the Director of Experiential Retail at Brookfield Properties, where she drives experiential and immersive experiences globally. Before joining Brookfield, she held marketing leadership roles at ANDMORE (formerly International Market Centers), a Blackstone-owned company. In 2024, Esther was selected as one of the Top 50 Women Leaders of Las Vegas by Women We Admire.

Originally from Ghana, West Africa, Esther brings decades of expertise in marketing, retail experiences, and leadership. Her career began at Red Bull North America, and she has twice earned the prestigious 40 Under 40 recognition. Esther’s achievements have also been highlighted in top-tier publications, including Medium and Business Insider.

In addition to her professional success, Esther is a founding member of Experiential In Color, a mentorship program connecting BIPOC professionals and allies across the experiential marketing industry. She also serves as the First Lady of the Ghana Association of Las Vegas, representing a community of more than 3,000 Ghanaians.

She lives in Las Vegas with her husband, a military veteran, and their two children, Ivy and Liam.

Esther holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and International Business from Canisius College and an MBA. Her dynamic career, media recognition, and dedication to community service make her a highly respected leader.
