Meredith Flanagan is an event and workplace experience strategist with more than 20 years of expertise designing environments that encourage connection, participation, and community. Her career spans The Ritz-Carlton, Boeing, and Gensler, where she has developed programs across hospitality, corporate events, workplace design, and employee engagement. A graduate of the Michigan State University School of Hospitality Business, Meredith remains actively engaged with the school's alumni community through mentoring, industry programming, and alumni events. Known for creating experiences that bring people together, Meredith believes the most successful events aren't those that simply capture attention, but those that invite people to actively participate. She is also the immediate past chair of the Events Industry Council's Sustainability and Social Impact Committee, helping advance resources that promote sustainable and socially impactful event practices.
