Infrastructure Hacking Fundamentals (OD)
This course provides a comprehensive introduction to infrastructure hacking, covering key topics such as FTP security, database vulnerabilities, SSH risks, and privilege escalation techniques. Through a combination of theory and hands-on labs, students will learn to identify and exploit common weaknesses in internal infrastructure systems.
Penetration Testing Fundamentals (OD)
This entry-level computing course provides novices a baseline of the technical and foundational requirements needed to kickstart a career in offensive security. This course also equips students with the background knowledge and technical skills to help them progress/advance into more specialized Black Hat Trainings courses.
Rates and Important Information
Continuing Professional Education (CPE) Credits
Black Hat provides Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits for security professionals certified through ISC2. These credits help maintain and validate your industry certifications by recognizing your ongoing education and skill development.
CPE credits offered:
- Penetration Testing Fundamentals – 4 CPE credits
- Infrastructure Hacking Fundamentals – 3 CPE credits
For on-demand courses, security professionals must self-report their CPE credits within 30 days of completing the course.
CPE credits serve as a globally recognized standard unit for continuing education in the cybersecurity field. For details on certification requirements and the reporting process, please refer to ISC2’s official guidelines.
Black Hat does not maintain records of earned CPE credits. It is the responsibility of each participant to track and report their credits as required.
Registration Information
On-Demand Course Structure and Assessment
These online distance learning courses are available on-demand and you will be emailed your access automatically once you have completed the application form. Access lasts for 6 months. As soon as you have completed the module, you will be awarded a digital badge which can be downloaded and displayed on your online profile.
Course Fees
Fees are paid via credit card online in USD.
VAT
All fees listed are exclusive of VAT, GST, sales tax, or any other applicable taxes. Relevant taxes will be added at the point of invoicing. If you have a VAT ID, please include it during registration, as it may affect the tax rate applied.
