Yunxuan Xie is a doctoral student in the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences at the University of Michigan and his advisor is Dr. Peter M Tessier. Their group mainly focused on developing bispecific antibodies for brain delivery of biologics, including antibodies, cytokines, and gene-silencing reagents. Yuxuan is currently working on developing antibody-oligonucleotide conjugates for non-invasive gene modulation in the brain.
