Packages can begin to arrive at the venue from the 19th September onwards.
All stand materials should be shipped directly to the venue and arrangements to collect packages after the event must be made before you arrive.

Insurance Certificate

Please email a copy of your company's insurance certificate for general/public liability with a minimum coverage of 2 million (£/$/€) to Emily Flint (emily.flint@informa.com).
Pass Registration
Tuesday 7th October
Your operations manager will send you a link to register staff around 8 weeks prior to the event.

**Passes can be registered after this date. However, we recommend this deadline to give your staff plenty of time to prepare and use the ConnectMe event platform.
