Amber Jenkins
Asset Manager at McKinley Homes
Speaker

Profile

Amber’s professional expertise spans international law, real estate development, and cross-cultural business operations. With an MBA from Georgia Tech, dual LLMs in International & Comparative Law and Economic Law, and credentials including a Chinese attorney license and Georgia broker's license, she embodies the combination of legal acumen and business strategy expertise across two major global markets.

As Asset Manager at McKinley Homes US LLC, Amber oversees comprehensive property operations across diverse portfolios, her responsibilities include managing $500+ million in BTR/commercial portfolios, leading HOA operations for more than 40 subdivisions. She has further demonstrated her entrepreneurial vision by founding an in-house title company to create additional revenue streams and managing the company's other investments.

Amber's distinguished legal career began at King & Wood Mallesons, one of China's premier law firms, where she participated in IPO and corporate restructuring for major clients. Her experience deepened as Director of Southeast Regional Center, where she managed EB-5 investment funds exceeding $30 million while navigating USCIS and SEC regulations. This foundation in immigration investment enhanced her critical due diligence skills.

Native in Chinese and fluent in English, Amber leverages her bicultural understanding and extensive experience to bridge international business opportunities. Her comprehensive grasp of both legal frameworks and operational considerations allows her to deliver exceptional value in cross-border transactions, asset management, and strategic business development between the United States and China.
