Andrew Brausa is the Chief Executive Officer of Olympus Housing Capital. Mr. Brausa is responsible for creating and implementing the strategic direction for the company and overall management of the operations. Mr. Brausa has over 20 years of investment experience executing over $3bn in private residential land transactions. Mr. Brausa also has extensive experience managing public market investment portfolios.

Prior to joining Olympus, Mr. Brausa founded and managed Brookfield Asset Management's land financing strategies for more than 7 years across the United States. Prior to Brookfield, Mr. Brausa co-founded Domain Real Estate Partners to execute private land financings as well as managed public market investment portfolios at DW Partners. Prior to that, Mr. Brausa held senior investment roles at several global asset managers.

Mr. Brausa holds a B.S. in Management from Bucknell University and graduated Cum Laude.
