Don Walker is the Managing Principal of Consulting at John Burns Research and Consulting (JBREC). Before joining JBREC, he spent over 12 years at The Corky McMillin Companies, serving as Head of Home Building and Director of Finance. He specializes in strategic planning, acquisitions, and financial forecasting for home building, land development, and commercial real estate.

Earlier in his career, Don worked at KPMG Peat Marwick, gaining expertise in real estate project and market evaluation. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance/Real Estate from San Diego State University, where he was a founding member of the Real Estate Advisory Board.

Don is based in JBREC's San Diego, California office.
