Jacob joined TSB Capital Advisors in 2019 and is responsible for sourcing new business, structured debt and equity consultation, and managing existing client relationships. During his time at the firm, he’s consulted on over 70 transactions, encompassing more than 16,000 units across 53 markets nationwide, with a total transaction volume exceeding $4.8 billion. Jacob's focus primarily lies in the build-to-rent and student housing sectors.

Prior to joining TSB Capital, Jacob held positions at Affinius Capital and Harbor Group International with roles including asset management, acquisitions, originations, and investor relations.
