Jason Jarvis brings 25 years of experience in the construction industry. From spending time working with National Home Builders (Taylor Morrison, Meritage, KB Home) in market and regional levels, to spending the last 5 years as the National VP of Construction Services for Luxury BTR owner/operator, BB Living, he has the unique experience of planning large major master planned communities, processing entitlements, horizontal and vertical buy outs and running projects through field operations.. Jason’s expertise in the front end and makes sure projects start on time and with no surprises through build out. This has led to many project successes in the AZ, TX, CO, ID & FL markets. The Build to Rent market brings a new set of challenges to long term operators who can benefit from his insight and experience of planning and constructing over 5,000 Build to Rent units nationwide.

Jason brings valuable leadership, knowledge and insight to reduce project pinch points, while providing the highest quality craftsmanship. With a focus on building teams and relationships, not just projects, his teams thrive and come with ways to just get it done on time and on budget.
