Björn Beck

Managing Director APAC and Country Head Singapore at Universal Investment

Effective October 2025, Björn Beck has been leading Universal Investment Group's operations in Singapore as Managing Director APAC and Country Head Singapore. Having been based in Singapore for more than 13 years, he brings nearly 20 years of experience across Asia-Pacific and Europe, working with asset managers, asset owners and financial institutions on cross-border fund structures, European market access, strategic partnerships and investment solutions. In his role, he is focused on building a bridge between Asian asset managers and European investors, leveraging Universal Investment’s leading fund services, ManCo and AIFM platform

Prior to joining Universal Investment, Björn held senior leadership positions at UBS and Credit Suisse in Singapore, where he was responsible for institutional investment portfolios and transactions across Asia-Pacific and international markets. Before relocating to Singapore in 2013, he worked in Switzerland and Germany, including roles with Credit Suisse and Goldman Sachs-owned Archon Group. He holds an MBA in International Real Estate Management from the University of Applied Sciences Biberach, Germany.
