Jenny Ljunghammar

Co-Head FinReg at Aosphere LLP

Jenny is Co-Head of FinReg at aosphere LLP. She joined aosphere in 2013 in order to develop a marketing restrictions product focused on the needs of asset management clients. Jenny joined aosphere, having spent three years in-house at UBS Investment Bank in their prime brokerage legal team. While at UBS, Jenny was responsible for interpreting the impact of the implementation of the AIFMD and represented UBS at industry body meetings held with European regulators.

Prior to that, Jenny was an Associate in the regulatory, funds and financial products practice at Allen & Overy. In that role she gained experience advising on fund establishments, investor negotiations and transfers of secondary fund interests as well as on broader regulatory matters. Prior to training as a lawyer she worked as a trainee fund manager and equity analyst for Threadneedle Investments.
