Géraldine joined EPPA in 2024 with a strong regulatory and technical background to further strengthen EPPA’s Plant Protection Products, Biocides and Chemicals in-house expertise.
With over 18 years of various responsibilities in regulatory and stewardship departments, Geraldine started her career as a Plant Protection Products evaluator at the French Food Safety Agency ANSES.
Thereafter, Geraldine moved to the corporate world when she joined Bayer, where she handled several regulatory positions covering Biological pesticides and biostimulants. She extended her scope of work within Bayer by joining the Regulatory and policy intelligence team working on active substances and digital agriculture, and representing the company in professional associations such as CEFIC, CropLife Europe or EBIC.
Geraldine extended her sectorial experience when she joined Schülke and Mayr as Regulatory Team Lead, handling a portfolio of dual-use products Medical Devices and Biocides. Prior to joining EPPA, Geraldine gained experience in Regulatory Advocacy Consulting, where she served as Technical Director within consultancy ERM, managing renewals of active substances of different regulatory frameworks and leading advocacy projects.
Geraldine holds an Engineering degree in Agronomy and Animal Sciences from AGROPARITECH and a Master’s degree in history and philosophy of sciences from EHESS (Paris).
