Gillian is a chartered accountant and CASS SME, with real-world CASS operational experience, who understands the challenges and complexities faced in navigating the CASS landscape.

Gillian has led finance and regulatory teams and has over 15 years’ experience of working with FCA regulated firms. Gillian was Head of Business Consulting for a software provider, which designed and developed a CASS software solution. Prior to joining Johnston Carmichael, Gillian was Head of Client Assets, responsible for CASS operational oversight and finance operations for a FinTech company.

Gillian now leads the CASS audit practice at Johnston Carmichael.
