Sean Mernagh is a Case Handler at the European Commission, in DG COMP Unit C.5, dealing with mergers in the IT, Telecoms and Media sectors. Recent experience includes Meta (formerly Facebook)/Kustomer. Previously, Sean worked a lawyer practicing EU competition law in law firms in Brussels and Dublin dealing with cases across a wide range of sectors. Sean holds undergraduate law degrees from University College Dublin and Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas and a masters in law from the College of Europe, Bruges.
