Profile

Fabrizio Di Benedetto has obtained a PhD in EU Law at the University of Milan in 2016. Since 2015 he’s been working for the Antitrust Affairs Sub-Department of Intesa Sanpaolo where he mainly deals with merger control, State aid and antitrust issues in general. Since 2020 he is team coordinator for Antitrust and State Aid Advisory. Fabrizio also holds a course on Antitrust and Regulation at the Link University of Rome. In January 2022 he’s been appointed as co-chair of the Competition Commission of ICC Italy.
