Franck Dupont is Head of Unit for Mergers within the Directorate General for Competition of the European Commission, and covers more particularly the financial, pharmaceutical, and chemical sectors. Before his responsibilities in mergers, Franck has contributed to shape and implement the state-aid response of the European Commission to the financial crisis and the COVID-19 pandemic. He also worked for the International Monetary Fund (financial crisis management).
