Frank is an economist and project leader at the Competition Department of the Netherlands Authority for Consumers & Markets (ACM). His main focus is on cases involving financial services markets, which includes leading the recent market inquiry into the Dutch savings market. Previous experience includes working for Dutch telecoms and postal regulator OPTA and for a challenger in the Dutch telecoms market.
