Greg Olsen is an antitrust partner in the London office of Willkie Farr & Gallagher (UK) LLP and a former member of the UK Competition Appeal Tribunal. He has more than 30 years of experience advising banks, financial institutions and corporate clients on the application of UK and EU competition law to complex merger transactions as well as alleged behavioural violations including cartels and abuse of market power. Greg has particular expertise in the payments sector and represented a major UK bank during the CMA Retail Banking Market Investigation. He also advised the LMA on compliance matters related to syndicated lending and the Bank of England Working Group on antitrust issues arising on the transition to Risk Free Reference Rates.
