Lena Dam is the Senior Legal Director at Danske Bank A/S, a full-service financial services company headquartered in Denmark, focusing on Nordic markets. She is a member of the competition law team, advising the Danske Bank Group across all countries and markets where the bank operates. With over 25 years of experience in competition law, Lena has been with Danske Bank since 2018. Her previous roles include serving as in-house counsel at Nets (payments) and gaining regulatory experience at both the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority and DG Competition of the European Commission. Throughout her career, Lena has been involved in all aspects of competition law, handling matters related to anticompetitive agreements, abuse of dominance, joint ventures, and mergers and acquisitions.
