Lena Dam is Legal Director at Danske Bank A/S, a full-service Nordic-based financial services company incorporated in Denmark, where she is part of the competition law team that advises the Danske Bank Group across the countries and markets where the bank is present. Lena has more than 25 years of experience within competition law, in addition to being with Danske Bank since 2018, having been in-house counsel at Nets (payments), and regulatory experience from working at both the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority and at DG Competition of the European Commission. As part of her different roles, Lena has been involved in all aspects of competition law and has handled various matters related to anticompetitive agreements, abuse of dominance, joint ventures, and mergers and acquisitions.
