Solomon is a member of the executive committee and the General Counsel at Zempler Bank and has worked in payments and financial services for many years leading in the construction of outsourcing transactions for banks like Barclays, RBS, Nationwide, HSBC, Deutsch Bank, BNP Paribas, Bank of America, Virgin Money and others. Dr Osagie has been recognised for his work with nominations for General Counsel of the year, Lawyer of the Year and entries in the FT lawyer rankings as well as the Legal 500. He sits on the cross-border payments committee of UK Finance and is a member of the governing council of Cranfield University. A qualified neuroscientist, Solomon is a fellow of the Royal Society for Public Health.
