Tanja is a competition economist with over 20 years experience. She is the founder of diktyo economics, a boutique strategy and economics consulting firm. Her current clients include a retail financial services firm, law firms and a large consumer body. Prior to founding diktyo, she led the BT Group Economics team, focused on competition and regulatory matters, as well as business strategy in fixed and mobile markets, spectrum, digital and AI. She has a successful track record in helping large corporates take smart decisions in transforming regulatory and market contexts.

Prior to joining BT in 2017, Tanja led competition work at Ofcom, the Financial Service Authority, and in consultancy where she worked for clients in a range of sectors including water, financial services and communications.
