Benedikt is a Senior Legal Counsel at Michelin, where he is, inter alia, responsible for steering the antitrust advice and compliance activities within the region Europe North. Prior to joining Michelin, Benedikt has held various legal and compliance positions within thyssenkrupp group, both at corporate holding and business level with a strong focus on antitrust matters. Most recently, he has served as Director Compliance for the publicly listed spin-off thyssenkrupp nucera. Benedikt started his career as an attorney-at-law in the CMS EU Law Office in Brussels.
