David is Antitrust and Competition Counsel at Uber. Prior to joining Uber, David was an associate in Hogan Lovells Brussels office where he advised on EU law, including competition, state aid, merger control and cartels. David also gained expertise in EU litigation at the General Court where he worked as a référendaire in the vice-president's cabinet.
